Testimonials
Matthew Williams, pictured here with his wife Nicole and their daughter
Ivy, has been doing therapeutic bodywork for nearly 10 years,
specializing in structural bodywork and soft-tissue injury treatment. He
recognizes that we all have many stresses and challenges to face each
day. If we can inhabit a more functional and lifted body then we have the
greatest chance for success in dealing with the greatest stress of
all...Gravity! Standing taller really does make you feel better and may
affect those around you too. Happiness and health are infectious. He
affirms that acknowledging the interconnected nature of
body-mind-spirit is a fundamental key to restoring balance and function.

Matthew is a Board Certified Structural Integrator (CM). He is also
Certified to practice KMI Structural Integration. He is licensed in the State
of Oregon (#13145) and is a Professional Member of the International
Association of Structural Integrators (IASI). He carries the highest level of
certification in the American Bodywork and Massage Professionals
(ABMP) and is Nationally Certified through the Board for Therapeutic
Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).

His Clients are all ages. They are athletes, homemakers, doctors,
students, teachers, professionals, retirees, parents, grandparents or
anyone else that has an interest in an integrative approach to achieving
optimal health. "My ideal client has a yearning to understand their body
better so they can have easy, pain-free movement and is willing to work
through old, dysfunctional patterns to restore balnce and function."
Matthew Williams LMT, BCSI

Matthew graduated in 2000 from the 1000-hour professional licensing
program at the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA. He
completed an additional 500-hour Kinesis Myofascial Integration training
with Tom Myers, author of Anatomy trains, in the spring of 2005.

Matthew is a lover of the outdoors. He can often be found on the Bend
area trails pushing, pulling and dragging a Chariot trailer with his toddler
daughter Ivy. Occaisionally he gets to ride the fabulous trails in Bend all
by himself!!

If you are interested in drumming and percussion of all sorts then you
have that in common with Matthew. He has played both Nationally and
Internationally in Big Bands, Vocal ensembles and various other bands
and orchestras. He hopes to sponsor a community drum night at the
clinic. Call if interested- 541-848-9271
